Imagine a search engine that only indexed the top 1 million sites on the web. Would you even notice?

 

Million Tall is a follow up experimental web search engine that allows you to ONLY OBTAIN search results from up to the top 1 million websites (or top 100k, 10k, 1k, 100) sites.

With this second experiment (the first experiment being Million Short), we thought might be somewhat interesting to see one would notice if their search results only came from the million most popular websites.

 

The thinking was "Would anyone even notice?" a site that somehow wasn't part of the top million and nowhere to be found or discovered.
